What You Will Need
Step 1 – Clean the Sea Moss
Take a handful of dried sea moss.
Remove any small debris (shells, sea particles).
Place in a strainer and rinse under cool water for 30–60 seconds.
Step 2 – Wash Thoroughly
Place sea moss in a bowl.
Fill with water and gently massage the sea moss.
Drain the water and repeat 2–3 times until the water looks clearer.
